Lilaas AS has all the time launched an offensive but level-headed strategy for company development. Benefits have been reinvested in up-to-date machinery. The staff, ca 60 persons, work in departments for development, mechanical production, assembling, stock and logistics, management, marketing and administration. In mechanical production and assembling are 35 % of the staff women.

We uses the best of CNC-controlled machinery tools with integrated CAD/CAM. For design and production purposes we use Pro/Engineer and EdgeCam, and for materials requirement planning and production control the system Spektra
